Overveiw

The Athlete is a film which breaks the stereotypes that all athletes are serious and moody people. The film follows Team GB fencer David Sosnov breaking these stereotypes as he dances to ‘Busy Women’ by Sabrina Carpenter while s fencing parter Joe Donaghue is left utterly confused.

What We Could See

David Sosnov is an up and coming Team GB fencer at this moment in time he ranks 18th in the world. With this early fame comes opportunities David has appeared in a Bentley advert  along with an advert for Harrods, both with heavy action involved in his movements. We want to showcase David in a new light as himself " a light hearted relaxed".

The Goals

To make a stand out film that plays on stereotypes, breaks through third walls and makes David feel more relatable. By doing this we believe we can grow Davids audience and give a buzz around his name and push him towards further brand collaborations in a different light.
