Our Story
We think stories matter more than anything, so here’s ours. When we (Jake and Will) met at uni, we were two young creatives studying film and photography. We built JAW not just for the sake of making but because we want to make with meaning, doing what hasn't been done before, breaking boundaries and collaborating with brands and individuals we care and truly belive in.
We’re not here to play it safe and tell your story in a way which has been done before. We want to push for the one that actually means something and breaks boundaries. We solve problems that don’t have instructions yet and we don’t stop until it feels right. We get excited about the things that make a brand feel alive: your quirks, your energy, your beliefs. We want to find the heart of your brand and show that through story, film and photography.
Our Values
We know that you can make something look amazing but if there is no story or narrative it will never reach its full potential. We wont stop until it feel right and everyone is happy, work is an enjoyment, and every project is a new opportunity to be as good as the last. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. We value open communication, shared ideas, and the willingness to take a step back if it means we’ll leap further forward. Because the best stories are never created alone.
Founders
Founded by Jake Cossey and Will Wrench two young creatives who love making, pushing boundaries and telling stories. The two met half way into their first year of university at UAL and would always talk about their ideas for the next project and had a shared ambition of starting a company together where they could bring their ideas to life, this is when JAW was created. Built off the basis of wanted to tell stories in new and creative ways while always striving for the best.
